Day 1
barcelona, spain
Departure: 17:00
Barcelona is a coastal city in northeastern Spain. It's the capital and biggest city of the autonomous region of Catalonia, and the second most populated municipality in Spain. The city has a population of 1.6 million within its limits, but its urban area, which extends to many neighboring municipalities within the Province of Barcelona, is home to approximately 4.8 million people. This makes it the fifth most populated urban area in the European Union, following Paris, the Ruhr area, Madrid, and Milan. Barcelona is one of the largest metropolises on the Mediterranean Sea, situated on the coast between the mouths of the Llobregat and Besòs rivers. It's bordered to the west by the Serra de Collserola mountain range, the highest peak of which is 512 meters (1,680 feet) tall.

Day 2
nice (villefranche), france
Arrival: 10:00 - Departure: 19:00
Nice endures its annual influx of tourists each summer, offering all the typical features of a Riviera town: relaxed wealth, a generous beach, museums, and flower-lined avenues, but without the pretentious detachment of its neighboring towns. Moreover, Nice boasts excellent public transportation within the city and to all destinations along the Côte d’Azur, making it an ideal base for exploring the Riviera. The city's long, narrow beach and sunbathing guests are the main attractions for most visitors. However, Nice's old town, or vieille ville, is also worth exploring. This historic district is a unique mix of glamour and a Mediterranean medieval quarter with narrow streets and open-air markets. For a breathtaking Riviera view, climb to the top of the castle. The city also houses several exceptional museums, such as the Musée Matisse, which showcases the work of French painter Henri Matisse, and the Musée National Marc Chagall, dedicated to the work of painter Marc Chagall. The grand Promenade des Anglais stretches along the coast. This pedestrian area is teeming with boutiques, bustling restaurants, and tourists of all kinds. Nice's nightlife is vibrant, with the maze of narrow streets in the vieille ville concealing restaurants and bars, contributing to the city's Mediterranean charm.
la spezia, italy

Day 3
la spezia, italy
Arrival: 07:00 - Departure: 18:30
The city of La Spezia is situated in the Liguria region of Northern Italy and serves as the capital of the province bearing the same name. It is nestled in the Gulf of La Spezia, also referred to as Golfo dei Poeti (of the poets), as it was once home to renowned English poets such as Percy Bysshe Shelley (1792-1822) and George Byron (1788-1824). La Spezia is known for its commercial port, one of the most significant in Italy, but it also houses one of the country's largest military industries, OTO Melara. Despite La Spezia's modern appearance (most of its buildings were constructed after 1920), the surrounding area is rich in attractions. The region boasts picturesque villages like Lerici, Portovenere (a traditional fishing village), and the Cinque Terre, where a national Natural Park has been established. Cinque Terre, Portovenere, and the islands of Palmaria, Tino, and Tinetto have been recognized as world heritage sites by UNESCO.

Day 4
Civitavecchia (Rome), italy

Modern and ancient, past and present coexist, constantly. Whether you're in Rome for 3 days, 3 weeks or 3 months, be ready to step into the world's largest open-air museum. Rome will charm you and it will hardly leave you unaffected. It will astonish you, as it has so much to offer to any visitor, and its beauty has merely been slightly obscured by the passage of time. Rome is one of the world's most photogenic cities - not surprising when you consider what's here - The Vatican, the Trevi Fountain, St Peter's Square, Spanish Steps, Colosseum... Whether you spend your time sightseeing, or lounging in cafes watching the world pass by, it will be your turn to star in your very own Roman Holiday. If you can plan to stay for at least a week, you won't run out of things to do and you'll still feel like you're leaving too soon.

At night, you can take a stroll along the Lungomare, a boulevard lined with palm trees and offering a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding hills. messina, italy

Day 6
messina, italy
Arrival: 07:00 - Departure: 18:00
Messina is in the northeast of Sicily, Italy, just 5 km across the Straits of Messina from the region of Calabria on the mainland. It is the third-largest city on the island of Sicily. From Messina, land and sea excursions let you discover every corner of the Aeolian Islands, rich in beaches and tiny coves where you can stop and explore, even if only for a few hours. The active volcano Mt. Etna dominates the landscape, its vegetation broken by ribbons of black, solidified lava. Caves and varied environments alternate along its slopes, which you can traverse to reach the summit, where a great “mouth of fire” awaits. A must-see is Pollara Beach on the island of Salina, which lies in the crater formed by the six volcanoes that shaped Salina around 13,000 years ago. Nearby, the Ancient Theatre—one of the greatest monuments of the Greco-Roman era—is set amid expanses of olive, orange, and almond groves that fill the air with their exotic fragrances.
corfu, greece
6
Day 7
corfu, greece
Arrival: 11:00 - Departure: 18:30
With its Venetian fortress, British palaces, and a French esplanade modeled after the Rue de Rivoli in Paris, Corfu might not immediately strike you as Greek. As the most populated and cosmopolitan of the Ionian Islands, it is teeming with foreign visitors and architecture. According to legend, Corfu was the island where the shipwrecked Odysseus met the beautiful Princess Nausicaa. Some locals even claim it was the magical island imagined by Shakespeare in The Tempest. Corfu Town, a quaint and enjoyable city, is the largest and most significant town on the island. This is where you'll find the airport and where most cruise ships and long-distance ferries dock. The Old Fortress, built by the Venetians in 1546 on the site of a Byzantine castle, is undoubtedly one of Corfu’s landmarks. Separated from the rest of the town by a moat, the fortress dominates the Old Town, a labyrinth of narrow streets. As you wander, you'll discover chapels, old mansions, and hidden garden squares around every corner. Between the Old Fortress and the Old Town lies The Esplanade, considered the most beautiful esplanade in Greece, with its arches and cafes. The Achillion Palace, located in the picturesque village of Gastouri, 10 km south of the city center, was the summer residence of Empress Sissi from 1890 until her death in 1898. This stunning building and its scenic gardens offer a panoramic view of the sea and Corfu town. On the northwestern tip of the island, you'll find the bustling resort of Sidari, which is actually two small coastal villages connected by a long, sweeping sandy beach. The Kanoni peninsula, home to a 17th-century women's monastery, is one of Corfu's best-known landmarks and is featured on numerous postcards from the island. From the islet of Kanoni, you can take a boat to another islet, Mouse Island or Pontikonisi. Corfu's architecture is incredibly diverse, reflecting the various civilizations that once occupied the island. While mass tourism has marred parts of the island, much of it remains covered in olive groves, mountains, and woodland. Corfu Town is a charming and elegant town, nestled between two fortresses. Considered one of Greece's most beautiful cities, it's easy to see why as you stroll down the narrow streets and through the alleys, traverse spacious squares, visit Byzantine churches, and admire Venetian monuments. And of course, Corfu also boasts its natural beauty; the green-turquoise water that surrounds the town.

Arrival: 10:00 - Departure: 18:00
Zadar is a city in Croatia, situated on the Adriatic Sea. It ranks as the fifth largest city in Croatia and serves as the hub of contemporary Zadar county and the broader northern Dalmatian region. Zadar is positioned across from the islands of Ugljan and Pašman, separated by the narrow Zadar Strait. Despite the destruction it suffered during World War II, Zadar has managed to preserve a rich heritage of global significance, evident at every turn. The Roman Forum, dating back to the 1st century, is a popular spot for locals to walk, relax among the ruins, and enjoy a pleasant summer day. The 9th-century St. Donatus Church is one of the best-preserved pre-Romanesque structures in the world and a symbol of the city. The reconstructed Romanesque St. Grisigono Church from the 12th century is a striking example of the integration of various monuments into one. This church was constructed on the ruins of an older one and was rebuilt after being bombed in World War II, incorporating a destroyed Benedictine convent at its rear. The Romanesque St. Anastasia's Cathedral from the 13th century is truly awe-inspiring. Visitors can climb the tower for a stunning view of Zadar and the surrounding islands. The Sea Organ is a favorite among both locals and tourists. This artificial organ on Zadar's Riva uses the movement of the waves and 35 pipes to produce a musical soundscape. The Sea Organ is the creation of Croatian architect Nikola Bašić, who also designed the nearby Greeting to The Sun. The city is renowned for its artists and galleries, with approximately a dozen major galleries and numerous smaller shops lining the side streets. It features a main street, Spire Brusine, for high-end daily shopping for locals and tourists who love to shop. This street runs through the heart of the old town. Zadar's sunsets are also legendary, making it an ideal location for romantics of all ages to relax and unwind.
